Before you send samples
- Agree the protocol first — samples arriving without one are held, not started.
- Label every pack with product, batch and date of manufacture.
- Ship chilled goods with a temperature logger in the consignment.
- Send three replicates per pull point per storage arm, plus six for time zero.
- Include the specification sheet for the pack if a barrier figure is in scope.
Consignments arriving outside reception hours are logged by the on-site security desk and moved to the correct storage condition within the hour.
Enquiry form
The more you can say about the matrix, the pack and the life you need to declare, the closer the first quotation will be to the final protocol.
